One of the best sites on the net for accurate information on Windows Vista is the Super Site for Windows. Paul does one hell of a job in his descriptions of controls and features. He is a sighted person who uses keyboard commands due to his long time computer use in the days where there was no mouse. In fact he was one of the first people on the web to say in print which hotkeys made it from XP and Office 2003 to their 2007 counterparts. He even discusses Access issues every once in a while.
