I read Kelly's comment in the post on HTML Captcha about the file being gone. Sorry about that. Some of this stuff I capture from the wild gets hit by the "Digg or Slashdot Effect". Such is the way of things on the net with RSS I guess. But as a follow up I suggest the comments section for that very same article on Slashdot. There are some very neat and very scary ideas thrown about by the forum posters. The word accessibility is actually used, however, it is in a huge "cringeworthy" way.
